Strongly suggestive reporting there - definetly steers the mind on who's to blame - this guy's been fined and jailed it must be his fault, I'm not saying it's OK to ride without insurance but the whole setup is iffy in my opinion.

tbo put simply he was going to fast. imho . no awareness but that apart youd think the speed camera may of slows him down ? looking at the type of bloke he is ..wife beater .. its a a pity it wernt his neck instead of his toe ..

Ok so the guy was riding without due care and no insurance.

But also that car turned right across an oncoming lane... from the back of a line of traffic on a (slight) left hand bend so they had an obstructed view... didn't come to a complete stop to make sure the lane was clear.

If it was someone who came across more responsible (adv or touring bike for example) then there would be cries for the driver to be jailed or hung drawn and quartered!
