I hope this is okay Alun and moderators...unfortunately some of us have mental health issues of various kinds...me included ...But I'll not dwell on that..

I'd just like to bring to guys and girls attention this excellent uk group either facebook or Web based...they are a registered charity that specifically help motorbike riders deal with problems of the head...addiction,etc..
