A photo you took, today
Re: A photo you took, today
Greetings
Not been out on a bike today following two days of negative reaction to latest covid booster jab.
Went for a gentle stroll around Chapel En Le Frith this afternoon, often pass through but only ever stopped for petrol. An interesting town walk of less than an hour yet travelling through centuries. In St Thomas Becket's graveyard is a simple headstone for a 13th century woodcutter known only as PL with his axe.
Chapel boasts national trials motorcycle champion Dave Rowland and international road racer John Hartle, see if you can find their 'blue' plaques'. Download a copy of the walk from; https://chapelcommunity.co.uk/things-to ... lar-walks/

Took a run along the Gairnsheil road this morning - it's closed as a through route as they finish off the new bridge, which meant it was nice and quiet

Out and about on the Cotswold B-roads today. Not the perfect environment for the 150bhp GSX-S but it copes with it easily by just rolling on and off the throttle in a high gear and using its 80nm of torque to trundle through the lovely traditional villages.

Wild Atlantic Way
Raw, unspoilt, beautiful and absolutely stunning.
