The two things weren’t connected. You're one of the lucky few having dogs with EU passports. I was talking to friends visiting their French holiday home last weekend and they too had been pleasantly surprised that their two Romanian rescue dogs had saved them lots in vets fees because their EU passports were still valid.Mosel Bikes wrote: ↑Sun Oct 31, 2021 1:45 pm Thanks, useful information.

Yes, it seemed a good move to get the EU passports for them. Mind, I wonder how long it will be before they close that 'loophole'. As for expense, you're right, it's already cost us more than otherwise would if we still had the old Pet Passport scheme!
