A wise decision!!!.... At least your kids understand the rules, it's hardly confusing!SteveW wrote: ↑Fri May 22, 2020 3:41 pm The goverment are due to make a statement on 28th May. There Could be a relaxation of the lock down rules.
My kids have been giving me some grief about a load of old men drinking beer, eating burgers and camping here!
I suppose we are at best stretching and bending the rules as they stand if we proceed.....mostly because I'm suggesting it's an overnight camp.
Some of the restrictions associated with Covid-19 seem a little confusing....well to me anyway.
We'd probably be within the rules if we observed social distancing and then all went home. But, that's not the same as an overnight camp.
So, reluctantly I'm going to wait and see what happens on 28th May.
I'm still going to organise this.....and if unexpectedly on 28th May, this type of thing becomes acceptable, then the earliest practical date would be 6th June.
So let's see what happens in the near future and we'll keep within the rules.
