have just ordered a Cyc XP1 motor setup for it, will probably take a few weeks to arrive but supposed to be quite pokey...should be fun

OK tell us more - are you referring to the 3000W motor?? If so how does a normal bike cope with that much, and surely battery life will be very short?

No 2018. But it doesnt look like its changed much. I did read that the cable routing has been improved.

Yeah, I have 2018 Cube Stereo too (140 model), now at 18 months/1500 miles. So far so good, but interesting to hear of your bike's issues. I'll plan to grease the linkage etc. next winter as it's warranted until then. One thing that's been a godsend is putting No Flats gloop into a set of high quality tubes.... no flats so far and no sign of the gloop on the outer surfaces.
This the closest I guess we'll get to France this year - Kingsdown beach between Deal and Dover, pretty much the closest point to France.

Depends on your use. I have maybe 1600 miles on it at the mo and do difficult trails (non bike park stuff) probably when I can get out do 20-30km session with vertical 3500ft. Sorry mixed units

So my dropper has failed doesnt come up fox want 90 quid for a refurb so its sat on my shelf The routing is an absolute **** as it goes through a 10mm hole under the motor. So to put a new cable in really you need to take out the motor.

I found some play in my wheel bearings so took them apart to replace. But.. shimano hubs have free bearings in them running on the hub, so if you let them get bad like I did they wear the hubs so you need new hubs, that resulted in replacement wheels. I've had a new motor as the bearing went, the replace unit is sounding rough too.

Last week I replaced all the link bearings, if you've done 1500 miles just do it. There are double bearings on the shock mount and at the rear of the link. The bearing split in the frame resulting in me having to punch/dremel out the inner race then file the inner face flat.

I also don't like the small cog, i ride in all weather and mud and loam is thick near the forest of dean which results in it building up around the chain ring and guard. So many times I've been out in the rain using a small Allen key scrapping out the mud as you get 1 rotation and it sucks the chain up. If you wre on turbo you risk snapping your chain or worse damaging your rear mech etc.....

Other than in my opinion the shimano and specialised motors and batteries outperforming the bosch it's great. Also as it has an integral battery the frame is bigger and heavier than others. That makes a big difference in confidence on technical trails.

Im slowly tending to use my lapierre 927 more than my cube now so considering getting rid. But only because I find the carbon lapierre so much more fun down hill.

The cube is better at the mo as i have a 6mile trip on the roads to get to the trails as i cant drive.... damn covid

The Levo replaced a Haibike which had no rear suspension which after riding I was more sore than tired , The Levo suspension is really plush , tractor tyre ruts which on the Haibike nearly shook my teeth out are passed over comfortably on the Levo , the dealer went through setting up the suspension with me when I collected it , the 700 watt battery promises good range , it is slightly lighter than the Haibike which is handy getting over stiles , the dealer also converted it to tubeless whilst preparing which I wasn't that fussed about really but everyone says its better , I still really can't believe how much I paid for it and am looking into insuring it against theft and damage best quote so far is £240 pa and I have to use a "Sold Secure" Gold standard lock , I talked Mike Irving , one time Cambridgeshire TRF Chairman into buying one so after the lockdown we will visit some lost , to motorcyclists , lanes .

nice bike ..i have mine added on to the house insurance specifically mentioned on the policy and its insured away from the home ..must be locked to a solid object ,, dont know what effect it had on the premium but with the house and contents its 175 qiuid all in ....

2000 ..with rias seems to offer fair theft cover ...must be locked to a solid object ...valid uk and isle of man so it says ..seems a huge premium .....ive just insured the ccm for 90 quid fully comp ???
