After a year without a bike I’ve just bought an S10.
A couple of years ago I wouldn’t have considered one.
But they’re good value second hand.
The previous owner of my bike played Buckeroo with the accessories....hanging everything he could on the bike and sold it just before it bucked.
All I’ve needed to add was my old Sat Nav and RAM mount, a 13 quid windshield extender and side stand spreader plate....a total of £18 off “Wish”
It’s got the Yamaha panniers as well as the top box.
It’s got an Akrapovic, K&N and a quick shifter....it must have been re-mapped because it goes like a scolded cat.

Re: Baby I’m Back!
I've done just 350 miles on it.
The lights are very good....auxiliary lights with light bar, main beam is exceptional.
The seat is stock, but I did three hours today and it was absolutely fine.
Heavy but I'm getting used to it.
Smooth.....no tingles through bars and pegs.
I wouldn't want to take it off tarmac though.
I'm pleased with it.

I rode one at the https://www.yamaha-offroad-experience.co.uk/index.html a few years back.
really enjoyed it especially off road, whilst it had its limits it was a lot of fun and much prefered it over its smaller brother,
when it comes to maybe getting rid of the KTM950 adventure i would definitley consider one.
Enjoy

Re: Baby I’m Back!
Remember being stopped on the N260 in Spain for a brew and hearing one with a non standard can, blatting round the bends. Wasn't expecting an s10 to appear, but sounded awesome .
