Very impressive place, was an amazing place to visit. Made me laugh seeing the signs “no kayaking” and thought who would be mad/ stupid enough to.. turns out there is people that have done it

Hi folks, I’ve made up some auxiliary connection leads for the crf if anyone is interested, allows you to plug and play with switched 10A connection. Pics below. £15 posted.

still with me 2013 crf .....i were idally watching ebay last week and came across a crf 450 compleate front whel forks brakes ..the lot ....dontcha just hate it when your the only bidder ..and the b;loke was 4 miles away ... unreal ..had to be done
got some conversion bearings here crf standard is 26 inner 47 outer and 15 deep ..there are shitloads of options ..but theres rake clearance and all that to look at .....i think it will ne ok tbo just mocked up and a tape measure seems to indicate that will be so

A modified Taper roller bearing cup & cone, with a 30mm Internal, 47mm External and overall height of 12mm. (cup height is 9mm). This is a special modifiaction to allow fork conversions, and is supplied with 2 spacers for stack height adjustments, to make an assembly of 30x47x15.
Also comes with a Sealing washer.
no idea how it will pad out but it looks doable so far steering stops welded in lock wiidth ok ..need to lose the ignition and steering lock
and find /fabricayte a bracket for the lynx ....
..250quid includin the wheel ...got me motivated nowt much to lose ..except time lso dont rush out just yet ill keep the two crf owners posted
luv me little 300crf hopfully this will be a good addition ..i were looking to put the rally set up on it as its longer and plusher but it wernt bothering me that nmuch to justify the prices on e bay ..this may be a good thing .... i dunno ...all good fun

Hi Fellas , been a while , having just arrived home from a 4500 round trip on Tet from Durham to Portugal/ Spain and back the wee crfs are requiring a bit of tlc, the fork seals are past their sell by date , I wondered if anyone with the Racetech mod on forks ie gold valve and extra spring would be able to advise me on oil grade and amount in each fork as the chap that did them for me neither gave me the remaining bushes/etc or info re oil . Fingers crossed, cheers Speighty

You can actually Skype Race Tech in the US and have a chat with their technical Department--I did when I was rebuilding my WR 250R rear shock--very helpful.
