yep was there with Dave Clarke and you deffo did speak to Slawek who has the black customised Tenere, did the Big Bike event. Then he and I took part in 6 hour on my little Honda. Wow! never seen or done ANYTHING like it. That little mx at the end was NOTHING compared to what was out there in the woods, ha ha. See you soon Barca PatB) B)

We completely underestimated how difficult it would be. Totally unfit. Totally without skills. We'd assumed it would just be like one big green lane. Could not have been more wrong!

I got a good start on the Harley though, shame I crashed and broke it a little while later! :laugh:

That was a nasty little hole where you fell off ,rode it lots of times during the day with no issues ,done a lap at night to make sure everything was running ok and no-one had any issues and nearly broke my wrist in the same place ,would'nt have looked too good if an ambulance was need for a marshall

Thanks for that little movie, MadStu. An I like that quote you use at end of yr posting too - I try remember that every day. Did one lap durin 6 hour (avoiding extremes) but it was all FAR MORE extreme than what I expected even tho I been in Walters before. But we were all part of it & felt welcome and really proud to be there an give it a crack. You go to any ABM rallies?

Haha, this is my other video! I went back out on my mates ktm and failed miserably as you can see, lol. That was my fastest lap time at 1 hour 10 minutes though.


I'll make a video soon highlighting all my falls. Body armour is so cool!

haha, well thanks matey. All the Marshalls were awesome. At one point during the race I was ready to give up but a Marshall came along and lifted my spirits
