The old radiator was foobarred after flushing and testing it was found to have over 20 micro holes so I had Aaron Radiators from down south make me an uprated retro fit unit and I have to say what a fine job they did..

This is an amazing bike/project although I’m not sure if the resulting beast is rideable in the real world.

My idea of a go anywhere bike is something with an engine and 2 wheels and as little electrical stuff as possible - I’m an electrical/electronics engineer by training. My old BSA (magneto ignition) only has 4 wires, one switch (brake light) and one fuse. Looking at that amazing set up fills me with horror but look forward to seeing it all working on the road :D

We’re all entitled to our opinions and it’s always a positive thing to get other people’s perspective on my build. What you’re claiming here is indeed a very bold statement but you’re more than welcome to set off on your pushbike, I’ll stick with my K75 thanks....

Fantastic - a credit to your skills. Have followed this post from the start. I reckon that bike will be around for a long long time.

Keep the posts and pictures coming.

Nice feature but surely there more to it than that, I mean its a very substantial structure (I was imagining it for plowing through the Zombie hordes in the upcoming apocolypse :D )

I admire your fabrication skills and patience

Brilliant - what's going on, on the nearside pannier?
Looks like a filler cap?
