Back home today after a short four day trip in the Highlands. Midges thankfully weren't a problem, The weather was mixed but not worth complaining about, had much worse. Unfortunately I forgot my camera and my phone one isent up to much but iam not a big picture taker anyway as ive been riding solo trips up north for years. The GS f800 adventure performed flawlessly and the tank range is fantastic. The airhawk cushion was also a revelation but I've got to say at my age Tunnel tents really suck !!

Generally I don't get bothered by midges, mosquitoes or any other biting beasties. Unless I am in company who have covered themselves in Deet or other such repellent.

Now Midgets they can really be annoying  8-)
