Anybody ever worked in Qatar

My name has somehow popped up on someones radar, and I have been offered
a position in Qatar at the same time as a lucrative position in Germany popped up.
Sounds tempting, but a lot further away and a tad warmer I suspect.
I have been to Dubai and Oman, but only as tourist, never been to Qatar though.

I haven’t worked there but am being nosey, my missus would never let me go!

I don’t think I could work over there being use to our high levels of safety in construction!

A friend works in Doha. Absolutely loves it. Never looked back. Been there three years now. Whole expat style community out there.
