Moving multiple bikes?????...

I'm moving this year I hope.
I have about 10 bikes that will need transporting to the new gaff.

Anyone know of any firms that will do it in one hit??

I used to work for them and they also do transportation and storage.

when I last moved, 40 years ago, I moved my 10 bikes and a dismantled 30's car in the furniture vans, they were included in the quotes I got for the job, my employer was paying. Probably not something that they would do these days H&S etc.

When i last moved, 20ish years ago, the removal firm took an old CG125, and much of a LandRover (engine, gearbox, axles and a couple of wheels) quite happily - I had discussed it with them when getting a quote. (The boss was a Land Rover fan, which may have helped )

When I last moved, the removals co volunteered to move the motorbikes, and managed not to damage any of them. When the job was being priced up I said the the guy that I didn't expect he'd want to take them and the petrol-powered garden machinery, but he was happy to

However, you'd be wise to get fuel tanks as empty as possible because you don't want your indoor stuff smelling of petrol.

Also, if you've got any oil-leaking bikes, the company may be less than keen.
