I can sympathise with Uncle Buck....... If you're going to run a business, the least you can do is keep your paying customers informed as to what is going on with an order or a refund. Just being left out on a limb, not knowing whats happening, would seriously piss me off as well.
The measure of a good company, is not how they deal with orders that go smoothly.... its how they deal with customers when theres a problem.

I agree with Buck totally, you can't stay in business by burying your head in the sand, Zen's reputation is going down hill fast, not responding to email, lack of stock and now this, never mind telling another member of the forum that they had dealt with it, not good enough to remain in this market, too much competition !!
