Sold my ZZR1400 a couple of weeks ago (wonderful bikes but hard on my neck now I am knockong on a bit ) and went and had a test ride on a Tracer 900, enjoyed it but a bit too sketchy and rough for me ... did come out with a brand spanking new Super Ten though! (thumbs)
Dead chuffed ... wanted one for ages but never had the gazooners to pay up ... well I have now and pick it up next week.
I know a few of you fellas have or have had them ... should I be excited?
It felt comfy this morning and one for big trips

Very nice bike, sat on one last weekend and was amazed that I could touch the floor and despite its weight did not feel that heavy. Also liked the 990 Adventure I tried for size which I think weighs around 40kgs less.
Enjoy it and ride safe too.
Some nice roads over this way too........Wild Atlantic Way!!

I have already started a spreadsheet for a trip with my missus next year  .... going to have a trawl around the Italian alps and a mooch into Slovenia
also bought a Yoshi slip on to release the growl and pop  ... can't wait ... 57 yrs old and dozens and dozens of bikes and its still great to get excited
Whip the axles out and give them some grease ASP. For some reason Yamaha think this is a cost saving exercise.
Also keep and eye on the spoke tension for the first few thousand.
Enjoy your bike. I just love and rely on mine.
