Oct, or better still Nov are my favourite times - after the heat but before the chill.
And trans Spain can be great at this time too.

Brilliant ride report Chris. I'm doing a fly ride in September. I want to follow some of the routes in your new book. I hear it has a new fly / ride section, good timing!

Printing in a couple of weeks they say, should be out late August.
Good pre-order deal here.
Book has always been pro fly-ride - a great way to try-out Mk.
Don't forget your pills ;-)

Chris, Is the new book going to be just the updated Morocco book or the complete Adventure Handbook?
You mentioned being able to pre-order.
Do you have a link?

Sorry, forgot to click 'insert'.
Link
10% off and free post in 6 weeks or so.

Book is Morocco only and for all vehicles - and in colour at last.
AMH7 came out last year and will last a couple more, I hope.
Car persons - you never know... OLH2 just out too.

Spamometre overload siren has gone off.

They are always conservative until it's actually in, otherwise pre-order customers get miffed.
With OLH2, an advance batch got airfreighted in, while the bulk comes by sea.
And those advances go straight to Book Depo, as they do the best deals.
Will be the same with Morocco 3.
They are aiming to have it at the ATFF in Mill Hill.

Hi Guys,
Anyone know why I can't see the pictures in this report?

Going to Morocco end of september for the first time (with motorcycle, been there once for work) and could use all info I can find.

I will be travelling 2up +luggage on a R1200GS with allroad tyres and do a 3000km onroad trip with 1 offroad part, R704 from Dades to Agoudal. All tips are welcome :D

Cheers from Belgium!
