Re: looking for a recommend for a couple of adjustable tarp poles
I use the one from Decathlon.
It comes with 2 aluminium poles in small sections so you can adjust the height etc
They are a bit heavy though but for £20 you can't go wrong (thumbs)

I picked up some of the Decathlon ones last month on the way to Scotland. A bit heavy but good and I only paid £10 for mine (thumbs)

................and you will find that if you take off the cap on the top pole the last two sections of a walking pole will slot straight in and with a twist, clamp up securely.
You will now have a lightweight pole that extends to over 2 mtrs.

Re: looking for a recommend for a couple of adjustable tarp poles
Got me searching --but try these 677385325014 --ex army--pack short--I'm going for TWO pairs so that I can get the tarp high if I wish by adding another length--and have spare lengths. The top spike may be a bit big for the average eye diameter but I reckon I can fix that--especially at that price for army grade aluminium!

I can recommend the Tatonka multi section tarp poles, they pack down into their own length and can be assembled to any of the fixed section lengths available.
