Re: NEW LICENCE
Mine just has a line through A1 and A2 - are they the pre full licence levels?
AM looks like moped and I presume A is full bike licence.

Re: NEW LICENCE
Always worth checking new licences as DVLA have/had a habit of losing categories of peoples licences a couple of years ago
Even in the face of evidence such as old paper driving licences and newer cards, they refused to back down... I did hear of a legal case the licence holder won out of Court, but with nothing admitted by DVLA...

Tick the box that says you have lost the current one..then you can miraculously find it again if there is any difference to the new one ...

Me too. It's the only proof they will accept if they screw it up.micksea wrote:I always do this (thumbs)Gedge wrote:Tick the box that says you have lost the current one..then you can miraculously find it again if there is any difference to the new one ...

Re: NEW LICENCE
Sadly they are unlikely to accept this. A police officer had his licence copied (as is the norm) by the police driving school and the DVLA would not accept this as evidence and the cop had to re-do his bike test.ollydog wrote:this happened a few years ago, alway photocopy yer licence or if you have a good contact, lawer or magistrate to witness it

The DVLA never admit mistakes.
