Indeed a tragic loss to the sport,family and fan's. I really warmed to him and his brother as the 2 excited test riders on the cafe racer programme a few years back. It was great to see their appreciation for the simpler bikes.

(sorry, the two brothers in the cafe racer program were the Bostrams).

so very sad---I wonder if we will ever find out how it happened--but thats small comfort.
I worked in the US a few years ago and saw Nicky race small town oval dirt tracks even though his international career was taking off--a true gent and such a sad loss.
