Thought it would be of interest to those that take there bike off road, the gear lever has two sharp corner, it bends if you drop the bike and hits the side casing and chips the casing, the casings are thin and you may end up loosing some oil till you repair it,
I did exactly that so I've taken the corners off with a grinder and painted the gear lever

Hi netsonic any more feedback on the tps adjustment. Probably unrelated but my bike has started cutting out, the engine dies and the warning light comes on, after a min it starts again. Not had chance to try and fault find yet, hopefully just a dodgy connection somewhere.

Yeah, starting to piss me off slightly now. The last couple of days while filtering, it's cut out, and I've had to thumb the starter quickly.
It would be good to know netsonic if you have had any joy with the TPS?
Had another thought tonight that it might be clutch related. Maybe something to do with the clutch not engaging quick enough and just dragging, and causing it to stall. Only thinking that as mine ticks over perfectly and re-starts instantly with no problems.
I have been trying, without luck, to get a connector for the ecu to get it hooked up. I know it's a long shot but if anyone knows where to get a lead that goes from a Synerject ECU to TEXA - TXB Evolution machine? (seemingly Synerject are fitted to Sherco's)

Update on what ive found since tweaking the TPS. Please bear in mind you will need to do the fuel cap mod as a first step to be sure your not getting a vacuum issue as we are dealing with two issues i think unrelated. So having had two full days on the bike since adjusting i can say there is a noticeable difference. The first ride was to test from the baseline voltage i had and increase by +.02 volt increments to see what happened. At +.02 volts above baseline things felt much better, no stalling at junctions, tickover felt stronger and less snatch at low speed. Went back home to adjust to +.04 volts above baseline the bike pretty much stalled at each junction, poor tickover so back home to re adjust back to +.02 volts above baseline back out felt great so be aware the TPS is very sensative to very minor adjustments. My assumption is mine was a nats off being where it should be or after the bike now being run in needed to be reset. Point to note this has not changed the fact my bike will still cut out after ive stopped for a bit and while the engine is still warm or hot go to start and after a few mins on tickover stops. Starts straight up and does not cut out. If i start the bike on a hot or warm engine and ride of straight away no issue. This i think is an ECU issue and or in conjuction with the idle valve........while riding the bike it seems it now does not want to cut out pulling up to junctions......touch wood
