Dead easy to erect, lighter and a smaller pack size than the Freerider which i had before but, giving more sitting, cooking, gear storage space than the Freerider as the sleeping section is smaller. Expensive new but, cracking kit.

Ooooh thank you, that's the one I saw last year up in the Dales. He was dead chuffed with it.

I will have to give some thought, as pricewise it's waaay too much for my needs, BUT, it's a very tidy looking and decent bit of accommodation, especially 2 up.

Most likely candidate is looking like the Vango Galaxy 200. Price is about right, and lots of room in the living area.

Thanks to everyone (thumbs)

Great thread with some good ideas, got a few tents but not the ideal one, normally go with the over sized one if I'm using it as a base (thumbs)
You've got to love the advertisers though, who's putting their bike in the tent

If I put one of my bikes in the tent, it would lower the whole tone of the accommodation... Mind you, the tone of the campsite would go up....

I bought the Vango Galaxy 300.

Great for one or two persons. Not that big on the bike. I can take a pic of the tent on my SuperTen if you'd like.

Great being able to stand up in it.

Another cheap option is the Gelert Cabana tent.
