I spied on the BBC NI site there was an exhibition of photographs of same..can't recall where..Belfast perhaps?... There was some nice B&W shots of the riders

Thanks for the heads up (thumbs) .
Went to watch the Ulster GP a couple of years ago which was my first ever time at a road race and being 4 feet away from a rider doing crazy speeds was literally 'breath taking'.

In the 60's my parents were living in NI when I was at uni so went there during the hols. Amazed at some of the roads they raced on, went round some of them (gently) on my Vincent Comet on non race days.
There was also the Circuit of Ireland Rally, over Easter I think, with Minis etc screaming through the villages much as the modern Corsica WRC Rally.
