V-storm 650xt tank bag
V-storm 650xt tank bag
I am looking for a tank bag for my v-strom 650xt. Wold prefer a good sized one and a plus would be a sat nav holder. Any advice would be much appreciated thank you colin

Probably not the right sub-forum for this.
I have a Givi XS307 Xstream for my V-Strom and I think it's great. Has a clear map pocket in the top, which can house a phone/real satnav and can run a power cable through to the main section. The bag uses their TankLock system.
If you're unfamiliar, their TankLock bags come with the quick-release flange to suit all bikes, but you'll also need to buy the bike-/model-specific fitting kit. The fitting kit includes screws and a ring that matches the screw placement on your fuel tank's filler ring so you can mount the flange onto it. It's barely noticeable when the bag is removed.
The Givi website, or somewhere like SportsBikeShop, should be able to tell you which one you need.
I'd be more inclined to use a Ram handlebar or similar mount to have your satnav up towards eye level (and you can still run the power cable into the tank bag), but it's your call.
