CCM 404 help please!

I've got a fairly untouched 404 at the moment. I could take some pics of the wiring in that area if it's any use to you?

If you dont get anywhere I would unwrap the loom from the plug to see how its been tapped in. You need one wire from the fan to the ignition then the other to the Thermo switch. (thumbs) . If all else fails run a new couple of wires in (thumbs)

If the last owner had the fan on all the time it could be the waterpump seals etc neeed replacing which is a common issue

Hi Mike, I think I will be going with one of your options, I did have similar concerns about the water pump , however no tell tale drips or water in the engine oil so I think it's ok.
Going on 2 weeks holiday soon so it will be sorted when I get back!
