This Poxy Weather

Post by Alun »

Motorcycles? I'm thinking of swapping the Tiger for an ark. The weather in Stratford is aweful and there's 20,000 bikers swimming around a camp site about 3 miles down the road from the office.

What's it like where you are?

Fortunately there are patches of blue sky over Stratford today, maybe all the mud encrusted bikers dining out in Tesco's cafe last night will be in for a better day.

For a change Glasgow is experiencing what can only be described as a heatwave, at least 21 degrees for the 3 day running
But weekend coming up so I'm sure it will turn back to it's normal windy, rainy self.

Yep X2 on that !!

Glorious weather in Auld Scotia , it's been brilliant riding weather all week - except Tuesday morning !!
It matters not what you have or where you take it ........... Every ride is an adventure and every motorbike was built for adventure.

i agree BBQ's are guaranteed to turn the weather,

And biking for me seems to be 200 degrees centigrade while i cook like uncle bens boil in the bag rice, or you feel like moses parting the red sea on a one man biblical quest that lasts an eternity, bring on kevlar sunblock so we can wear t shirts and shades without any risk!!

Down in South Wales right now, the sky is blue and it's shaping up to be a perfect biking day. Just the job for taking the long way home through mid Wales.

Thanks TT - are you going to the Bash today, the fine weather provides a great opportunity to check out the bike washing facilities. The first year I took my son down (he was about 12) he was interested to learn that the proper way to wash a motorcycle was topless.

Can you give me a call next week about tyres for the Sprint
