The time has come to part with my trusty DR350 trail bike
And I thought i would try the forum before flea bay

The bike is located in Cardiff and I would recommend viewing
Its a 1998 DR350SEW `electric start
Speedo is showing just over 20000.
You can add another 250 miles that I know off when the speedo drive was not working
Its a good solid bike that has been used for the purposes that it was meant for.
There are plenty of shots on the DR thread of myself and the previous owner enjoying the bike like you are meant to so i cant really pretend she is a one care full owner in superb condition.
That’s not the case, she is an honest trail bike that has served me well in the last 8 years.
The bike has been serviced reguarlly with oil and filter changes (including cleaning the mesh strainer in the frame which is often overlooked)
I rebuilt the starter motor last year with genuine Suzuki parts
Long MOT’d so not due to 7/12/17
Lots of supporting paper working including original manual
Mods include;_
Rental high dakar bars.
Alloy/ plastic wrap around hand guards ( Only cheap ones but work fine ) Original hand guards will with bike
Baja foam grips
Alloy bash plate
Frame protectors
Fork protectors
Disc guard

Genuine Suzuki rear rack
Acerbic long range tank
Wheels are in very good condition
Rear has a half work AC10 on and the front has a half worn Army Special.
JT x ring chain and sprocket set less than 400 miles on this
The bike is currently running an alloy husky road legal pipe (One half of a 610E) with custom made stainless adaptor ( Not to noisy and so much lighter than the original)
Right hand side panel has been lined with boiler lagging tape, so use throw overs with confidence
Additional Items for sale ( i would like to give the new buyer 1st option on these before listing them as single items)
Spare set of wheels both in good condition
Rear is fitted with a K60 Heidenau with plenty of life in it
It is a cush drive wheel complete with disc, spindle, snail cam adjustors wheel nuts and machined spaces to suit the SEW set up.
Front is fitted with a Metzler enduro one complete with disc
All ready for a quick change for road ridding if you don’t want to wear out the knobbly’s
Original Suzuki silencer in good nick ( Heavy old beast)
