Sorry to disagree. Ive driven renault cars for over 15 years with this type of key and have never had a problem.

Have you tried the seconed key yet????

and name "british" car you could buy then.......

Keyless systems are becoming common on more bikes now too.Ive seen posts by BMW K1600 owners who accidently locked their wireless key in the rear box just out of the 1 meter signal reach of the airial so couldnt unlock the case.

Yeah,I've read of a bike journalist leaving the key fob for a Ducati Multistrada (I think) on top of a petrol pump and not realising until he was about 100 miles up the road!
