i've booked us an area in the Red Lion at Finchingfield for lunch so we have flexibility on numbers.

Looking forward to it. Hope the weather cheers up a bit. Completely unreliable long range forecasts suggest we should be dry :unsure: .

I cannot actually believe this but my shift has been brought forward on Sunday. Had it all organised and even the mrs is away. Apologies guys and hope u have a good ride. Not having much luck getting to a gathering.

Last week I was pronounced ready to take my IAM advanced bike test but first I have to undergo a "Check Ride" with a senior observer.

I was offered this Sunday but turned it down as i'm coming on the ride and put it off until the 31st. I thought another week won't hurt :laugh:

From the use of the marker system, I assume there's a few green badge holders about, I had better be on my best behaviour then
