My handsome boy

Post by big al »

Well it's been one year ago today we had to put our handsome boy to sleep,
And there's not one day that's gone by I haven't thought about him. I miss him so much that words can not describe how I feel. About loosing our boy. He has a special place in our hearts. The only comfort I get is that he is in his favorite place, in the garden by my workshop where he loved to be. He used to pinch so many of my Tools and distribute them all over the garden, its one of my favorite thoughts of him.
God bless you busty x

A big gulp moment Al. Believe me I share your hurt. Its been a year since I had to take our Jack Russel, Oscar, to the vets for the last time. Always thought I was a hard nosed bugger until those final few minutes.

Laying in bed reading this and starting to well up. Normally I would be out of bed and walking Nori dog at this time of day but we said our final goodbyes about 4 weeks ago. I said goodbye to my lurcher over 3 years ago and still think about him pretty much every day.

Nori dog 'sunbathing' and JD in the background. Truly mans best friends
