Wessex is not a county but was a region that combined a number of today's counties. Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset groups merged to become SERV Wessex, one of the volunteers shares the same name as you.

There's more than two Steven Harper's, including the expriminister of Canadia, a goal keeper at that football game, a couple of authors, Brazil's number one tap dancer/double bass fusion artiste and a gay porn actor, take your pick.
Vegetenarianism (sic) is beyond the comprehension of the average Norwegian in the street. They don't make sandwiches without some sort of meat included and when questioned they offer to 'remove the ham', which is welded to the cheese by some sort of gunky sauce. I did get one lady to make me a cheese and onion sandwich by getting her to leave the burger off of a burger, she was perplexed. Luckily, we took nearly enough army ration type ready meals.
I had more than one banana sandwich during my time away.

In the words of the great Jimmy Cricket, "there's more".
Father won't be along until he's finished with P & O ferries, asking why it cost 65% extra to get from Rotterdam than it did to get to Rotterdam, I'll let you know.

Yes, Spud and you two were never seen apart at the HISS events, and slyly made your own sleeping arrangements instead of joining the Magnificent Seven in Ochagavia last year - leaving us to be the Flatulent Five if you recall - so once a sailor ...

having recently become a vegetarian i can totally agree, my in laws are mostly meat farmers and have no idea how to do veggy food, my wife tried asking in a subway type shop (big bite) for veggy food and got the standard answer of "we have chicken"...
luckily the hospital i am in is good for veggy food (although meat free monday includes fish apparently)
glad to see you had a nice trip.
hope you tried brunost while you where here!
its still sunny BTW!

I'm quite secure enough with my sexuality to not be threatened by everyone's insinuendos (sic). For those that don't get it:- The banana represents my manhood, in all it's glory, whilst the crusty, seed covered roll represents Spud's buttocks.
