Been meaning to get out there. I'm based in Norwich.

From what I understand, not all othe route is open to bikes, and can be closed at certain times of the year.

Personally I'm waiting for the weather to dry up a bit as I don't have really knobblies on my beast yet.

Yes some parts are closed for motorbikes.
On ABR magazine issue 23 2014 is everything explained and is OS Map with described all parts.Thanks to Mike Beddows.
