yes its a fair point, though there doesn't seem to be a major dramas with the ccm so it wouldnt bother me tbh (if i was buying one). However, its the price that's the killer, there is no way he will get what he wants.

The CCM warranty is 2 years and is transferable.
I "had" to sell 2 bikes before I bought my CCM, but it still leaves me with 3!

I had a variation on "it's me or the bike" last week.
Sold my old van on eBay, buyer seemed very keen and was coming down from Selby to Milton Keynes to collect on Saturday and asked if he could bring cash (my preferred version is an immediate deposit on paypal followed by a bank transfer) but what the heck.
Then on the Wednesday I get a message.... "my wife has crashed her car so I can't afford to buy the van anymore"
I suspect it was more like "I've just told the wife and she said NO!"
Anyone want to buy a Mercedes Vito?
