Never had that problem with these, and my on my 45 minute commute to work I often forget to turn on heated grips even when it's 2-3 degrees celcuis. Over an hour of motorway speeds usually before I even think about my hands being a bit cold, even then they are just cool, not uncomfortably cold.

Id i sold everything and started again, the things i would buy and know they work are

Gerbing or Warmnsafe heated jacket. Tried other but nothing compares to these two

MVP socks, again tried many different ones, nothing comes close

Klim Jacket , again tried many different ones and this suits british weather the best
