Not sure about a contact number, prefix is 3DV just googled it. Not sure why it's not letting you on to Carpe, it's well worth persevering as there is lots of information once you are on the site. There is also a Facebook page if that's any help, you can contact the mods through that?

Yes it's a great bike, for year too
It was my first choice but all that money would allow at time, hoping to go away to Ireland June time so trying to get geared up for that

Great from Italy & cheap. I wouldn't carry cement in 'em but what do you want for the price.
Tis is my "top Box". It's actually a huge side pannier with lock plate bolted to the grab bar with some washers and sponge to soak up the bumps. I regulary load it with 10++++kg and travelled with it all over Europe, no probs. HTH some.
last one is top box before I bought the panniers.
