Thankyou
I have been trying all day to register on carpe but can't get it to work I'm entering the correct answer to the challenge question (I believe) which asks the prefix number for a Mk1 tdm which I think is 3VD, and I'm entering the security code correctly and it's just saying they are wrong

Thanks Tony I will try them direct and ask, only reason I was looking at SHAD is because apparently they are 'givi' boxes but don't have to pay for name.. Thanks, yes it's a good ride

I looked into this some time ago.

A very good system is that sold by hepco & becker. Once the frames have been fitted you can fit the majority of their panniers.

Frames Fill in the box towards the top of the page with your bike's details

I would match the frames with the Alu-standard panniers.

Excellent bike, I have had two in the past. Always regret getting rid of them.

Cheers

Hi Mark
Thanks for that info very much appreciated.. I have looked at link you sent and yes looks to be an option!
It would be handy now to find a main dealer near me (Suffolk) that deals with these to go and have a look and weigh up
Van you remember, as it's unclear on site wether these boxes/panniers are lockable boxes and also wether they lock to frame at all?
Yes it's a great bike, for year too
It was my first choice but all that money would allow at time, hoping to go away to Ireland June time so trying to get geared up for that
Kind regards Danny

Hi, the guys on Carpe are organising a group purchase from this company in Poland, once you get registered you could maybe get a rack from them? Hope this helps. Nice bike!
