Hi my little green laner Kawasaki KLX 250 S has been stolen this just before 10 am this morning, just outside Guildford, Surrey.
FN65 VMW under 400 miles, had a disc lock on too so probably loaded in a van, was left for no more than 30 minutes outside house.
Any sightings or if your hear of parts for sale, it had Datatag markings.
Thanks.

Terrible news. Hope you get it back.
And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.

Thanks Brenhden,
some real scumbags out there for sure. I only bought it so I could tag along with the local TRF.
Luckily I do have a road bike, so I'll still get out and about until the police find her or insurance pays out.
I'll be well out of pocket which ever way it goes as it'll be a stolen recovered or I'll get the basic minimum.

Hi bud,
Sorry to hear this I am in your local TRF group, if you haven't done it already I will but a post up on the forum.
I had the same happen to me back in 1988 a 2 day old KMX 125 locked outside work - definately picked up by a vehilce with a hiab on it.
Think I lost the Β£50 excess as it was new. Hope you are also this fortunate.

Sorry to hear about the theft, make sure you post about it on Social Media.
One of our club members had his TTR nicked but has got it back via a Facebook for sale advert:-
"I have now got this bike back, needs work but mainly all there.
It all started New year's eve when my son messaged me at work saying he had been messaged on Facebook by a guy who had seen our original Facebook post about the theft on Nov 19th, he had seen this bike that looked like mine for sale on a "bikes for sale in Northampton" page and includes the screenshots which shows the bike in a kitchen somewhere in Northampton I guess. I pass everything to Leics police who later confirmed the guy posting the add was a known fellon involving vehicles, they pass to northants police but I have to wait 2 days before finally I learned it had been recovered, unfortunately not from the villains kitchen, just on the street somewhere in Corby"

Open your eyes and you see what is in front of you, open your mind and you see a bigger picture but open your heart and you see a whole new World.

Re: STOLEN Bike KLX 250 today
get onto facebook and post it on theystole mywheels facebook page. also there are a few stolen motorbike groups, just type stolen motorcycle/motorbike into the search thing and join them, really great sucess rate with social media. lots of folks get their bikes back. also keep an eye on gumtree, and also the local facebook sell pages (swap box is one of the worst for dodgy bikes)
I had a trailer full of stuff stolen when i moved abroad and lost everything, i have been deeply involved in this sort fo stuff for 2 years or so looking for my old bike (HLJ 359V!)
