Exactly! You can almost smell our governments desperation to go to war in Syria.
They were told no last time and had to comply because the election was too close to risk ignoring the public. Now with the election behind them and Paris bombings its a perfect opportunity for fear mongering.

The government only have one motivation for going to war in Syria and that is money! It has absolutely nothing to do with terrorism or saving the Syrian population from Isis.

We are already bombing ISIS in Iraq, so long as we are only bombing them and not trying to overthrow Assad, I don't see what the difference is doing it over Syrian territory. Maybe there's an underlying agenda of course.

Can't allow ISIS to grow any further, that I'm convinced of, they are intent on invading the entire middle east and declaring it part of their celiphate and implementing Sharia law (includes things like crucifying people in public as a form of corporal punishment). If they succeed then their intention is to wage world war 3 on the West. To say they shouldn't be stopped is akin to saying Hitler shouldn't have been stopped.

Two questions: a) money? How exactly? b) I thought preventing ISIS/ISIL/Daesh spreading it's influence was to protect UK citizens from suffering in the UK, what the French in Paris suffered recently?

+1 to this. They need stopped ASAP before they become too powerful.

Whatever needs to be done, in my opinion.

Sorry, but I couldn't disagree more. I see this as our Government protecting us in the UK by trying to eradicate ISIS.

Why is it our fight? Surly the three big powers of France Russia and the US can deal with it without us getting involved.

Where is the money? Oil its always oil. There is no oil in Africa that's why Isis are ignored in Africa.
