Okay, things under £50 which have made a big difference to riding enjoyment.

1 Bar risers – the extra inch makes all the difference (there's a comedy window open here)

2 Mirror extenders – riding becomes a whole new experience when you can see past your shoulders

Bar Displacers
Sheepskin
thermal coffee mug with one hand opening
Cramp buster
throttle lock
side stand pad (easier to sleep when your not worried about the bike falling over)

My waterproof socks which after a week mask out the smell of the French cheese in the tent!!!

highway pegs
push bike handlebars from halfords

rest your ankles over them not your feet 25 quid

a duff right knee ..able to streach out on the long boring bits is nice

traying to figure the varadero cos the tank and lower fairing has yer legs spayed at 45 degrees ..dammiit

ive done 1266 miles and one ferry on this bike in 21hours

would i do it again ....

took me three days to recover iron butt thing is not for me
still its on me cv but never again :blink:
