I came across a Walt up here a few years back, he would hang around the pubs near HMS Galliope in a Naval officers uniform, I dont know the rank as I wore the green stuff for a living but apparantly it was high enough to not be expected to hang around pubs in.

Dunno what happened to him but I imagine he ended up in the river at some point (thumbs)
