Getting Off A Thread

Months ago I posted on the HISS Catalonia 2015 and ticked the Notify Me About This Thread box.

I'm sure it's a great thread but I'm not interested anymore but still get notifications ever day.

How can I get off a thread? There's no box to say, Let me off.

There is a box in the thread that's says check this box to be notified of replies you need to uncheck it because the forum used the check it for you.

Or there is a box at the top of the thead saying unsubscribe press that.
