Good review , i personally like the looks of the KTM more than the multistrada , the size feels little bit intimidating to me , perhaps i am just not used to this type of bike , good to hear you are enjoying the beast (thumbs)

Just out of interest dsb, why the SA over the A? I rode both at the weekend and the SA felt like a honda goldwing. I didn't really get it. That front end is like a super tanker, far wider than a super ten (well it felt wider at least)

I loved it, I will never go off road, I think with an A I would, then I would trash it. I'm a road only biker and this really is a beast on the road. I bought a 990A screen off a guy who's SA is also in the dealers because of this, at Drysdales in Perth. Apparently is a known fault??Beepee wrote:My pal has just returned his to the dealer with 400 miles on it and leaking oil from the crankcase !
