Hi all, just gotten on the forum.
My name is Alan (known as Sooty) and ride a 1200 GSA which is my ideal bike. Nope haven't had it off road yet, but did the 1200 GS i used to have.
Ride every day, yep every day, come rain sun and sh1t.
I am a member of the Royal British Legion Riders Branch and support the poppy appeal and promote the branch when and where I can.
I live in the N.E of England in the hidden gem of Northumberland where great roads, fantastic scenery and a friendly welcome abound. So if you see a GSA with a bloke in blue on board and a Riders branch sticker on his bike, it maybe me, so go on give us a wave

For my part, I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travels sake. The great affair is to move
