Thanks Alun

That means a lot having a complement like that

I wanna ride it when my studies are over

Not planning on knocking any more into shape though!

It's not mine Spud,

Britania Composites have a page on ADV rider, this is what some guy did to his DR350, I considered doing mime but in the end went for the DR600 Djebel fairing instead.

Paul-S wrote:Since then I have added a Peli (type) case for tools, tyre levers, pump spare tubes, U-lock, spares, waterproofs etc now permanently fitted to the rack

Panniers are Motobag 30-50lts each, 100% waterproof

I like my creature comforts when camping so have a full cook kit, water bottle, camping chair, Phad X3, 2 carpets, tarp plus spare poles, groundsheet, 2/3 season Coleman Fission X vario, clothes bag, toiletries, shoes. All of this is in the panniers - total weight 22kgs
panniers holding approx 44 ltrs per side. My Lomo bag is only holding my camping bed and thermal roll mat 5kgs. There's still room in the bag for my jacket or body armour.

I can't believe how you've got all that in there Paul. I was going to squeeze my Coleman Phad into my luggage but in the end went and bought one of the cheapo Aldi one man tents. I shall have to review my luggage arrangements :P

They're great bags Bob and you know how I like to camp in comfort

I also have my trusty piece of laminate flooring that gets used in all the soft bags wether Lomo or duffle to provide a good base for strapping onto a back rack. Could pass for miniature decking

There you go .....Glamping on a DRZ
