Crescent Motorcycles (Verwood) Dorset

Post by Sopwith Camel »

I have just been informed that Crescent motorcycles in Verwood are now the KTM dealers for the area.
This is after Sideways motorcycles near Dorchester closed.

I think i might need to go and have a cheeky look!!

I would like the 990 Adventure but i've heard things about the engines being a bit weak.

May need to go test riding :)

Use a piece of string, have it dangling into the tank trapped by the filler cap. If when you pull it out it is wet then you have fuel. Of course with the KTM you may need the deluxe orange two string version .

So how many ABR riders get down to Poole Quay on Fridays?
I'm down in Poole most weekends in the Summer with the family & hoping to get down next weekend on the bike.
I'll be on a black '02 GSA with an ABR sticker on the screen.

Well there was definitely two there last night, me and Sopwith Camel. Tuesdays are bike nights and as we get more into summer months the number of bikes just ramp up weekly. There was probably a couple hundred (ish) there yesterday....

Is that standard or will i need to pay extra?

Jammin, As Cozmo said Tuesday is the best night during the summer on a good night you can have over 1,500 bikes attend.
Jim Lovell was also down last night and Clive can often be found.
I sometimes pop down for a breakfast at Oriel's on Saturday morning, give me a shout before if you fancy meeting.
:)
