Richard (Wapping) calling in to say "Hi".
I am new to the site, though have been a subscriber to the magazine since its first edition.
I ride somewhere between 15,000 and 20,000 miles a year, mostly in continental Europe, helped that I am only not much more than an hour away from the Chunnel / Calais.
For the past five or more years I have been organising jaunts away for bods over on the UKGSer site, strictly on a non-professional amateur basis. I am more than happy to try to help bods plan for their tours or with their Garmin GPS / BaseCamp / Mapsource questions.

A few of us are heading to the Pyrenees later in the year. This will be our first time in this area, so, taking up your kind offer, could you advise a scenic route from Cherborg?
Thanks

Re: Hello
Hi Richard, we met in 2013 on the Chunnel when you were on your BMW sports bike leading a group around Normandy I think. Thanks for the route advice and welcome to the forum (thumbs).
Open your eyes and you see what is in front of you, open your mind and you see a bigger picture but open your heart and you see a whole new World.

Hi Richard, and welcom from Essex. I saw the "Wapping" and thought that rings bells, I am on the UKGSer (different name)but hardly ever go there now, not sure why.
With your kind offers it sounds like you could be quite busy
Anyway I say again Welcom.
