Hi Mike,

Please put my name down plus 1 and a dog, if permitted at the campsite?

Many Thanks for organising.

So that will be;-
3 blokes
3 tents
3 bikes

Think it's going to be ride 3 for two (CB500 & GS500) and depending on how he feels maybe the third as well but he has a DR350 so may choose an off road ride.

Coo, there are 24 pages so far on this thread. Please tell me where i find the important info
Honda CB500 (1997)

Honda CG125 (1996)

Sorry Mike, house moving gremlins (or a*hole vendors as they are properly know) means that we are homeless that weekend and have had to book a holiday so that we have a roof over our head, and everything including both bikes has to go into storage...absolutely gutted as I have been looking forward to this for months... :(

Don't worry Jim..you are still on for ride 2.

On the Saturday morning you can decide if you want the fast medium or slow groups for ride 2.

We had heaven rain today and it's forecast for loads more this week so it should all be nice and fine..not too dusty and some mud for those who want it.

I took Ollie and Katy for a spin yesterday and I think they were surprised by how much there is.

I had a five min ride on the plain this morning on the way to work. The rain we had is doing it's job and with much more forecast in the coming week there will be some interesting places for those who want to play in them.

If everybody comes who said they would...(i doubt they all will)...it will be a lage do with about 70 people.

At this moment in time thanks to some kind people who are willing to give up their time i have enough ride leaders and tail ends to make this all a success.

I and a few others will be at the site from about 10am on Friday so you are welcome to arrive anytime after this. Find the field with the tents and do your thing.

I will be out and about during the day making sure the trails are ok but i will be back at the site from 4pm. Becasue i'm such a nice chap i'll even have a few free beers for the first lot to arrive.

So lets all hope for rain all this week and sun the following week and a fine weekend for the rally.

See you all soon.
