I've got a TAG formula 1 which I got as a gift from Tag in 1996 after I did a job for them that they were pleased with. It was a great feeling going into the shop, saying who I was and the manager telling me I could have anything from the 2000, 5000 or formula 1 range. I chose it, he adjusted the strap, we shook hands, I left. Thank you very much

I think my collection is up to 13 now with a g-shock on its way, not anything really expensive but I like unusual and gadget type watches. I will get a pic when they are all back together half are in my flat in London half at home

Small world. I have my late Fathers Prince Oyster Date, bought by my Mum in 1953. He gave it to me over 25 years before he passed and I wore it daily as a Firefighter before I realised it should be treated with a little more care. Mum had it engraved on the back, but this has long since worn away unfortunately.

I've got a Casio, not the one with the calculator, one of the other ones... I think it has the date on it, and maybe an alarm (thumbs)

Love mechanical watches!

They are a thing of precision and beauty , got Rolex Sub, Omega Seamaster and a couple of old Omega Dynamics along with a few old Seiko's in my collection. I collected them for many years. Beauty of mechanical i.e. auto's and wind ups is that good quality ones can be repaired and kept running for ever really and can be handed from father to son as heirlooms. Always keep their value too. Use a Seiko Diver auto as an everyday watch that I picked up in Singapore years ago, never seen another like it, apparently not sold this side of the planet.

Go On, Av It ! can't take it with you! You can leave it to someone however, tell the Mrs she can get the money back when yer turn your toes up !
