Southern Ireland

Post by Tyke »

I'm off on a solo mini adventure on my bike for a few days, arriving at Dublin and heading towards Cork and the ring of Kerry. Is there anything that people recommend I see in those parts, and some good biking meeting spots (as I'm on my own I'll fancy chatting with the local bikers) and some good campsites. Any recommendations welcomed :)

It's a few years since I've been but I'm planning back in July. :) A lap of the Beara Peninsula is a must, better than the Ring Of Kerry IMO.More remote and not so full of tourists. And if you're feeling brave, take the cable car to Dursey Island! (thumbs)
