I signed up to the ABR magazine in time for issue 3 and have been reading it ever since. Since swapping my old KTM 990Adv for a BMW K1300R in September, I have been finding the mag less and less relevant and had decided to cancel my subscription ... until reading the issue 21 piece on the new BMW NineT.
Well done that reviewer! This review got back to roots and dared to suggest that adventure bike riding is travelling to new places carrying all we may need (tent, change of clothes, cooking gear and a credit card for the odd small hotel), riding any type of bike we please and, should we choose, wearing a helmet without a peak hmy:
My subscription remains in place.

If you want an adventure without an adventure bike then take a K1300R up a muddy track - Jesus!
