Some guys i ride with have owned the 650 and on guy rides the 400 all quite good midsize tourers , loads of storage

Found a nice lane to take the bandit down in Wales today. was nice and dry otherwise I wouldn't have bothered, I have Avon Storms fitted at the mo, which are brilliant in the dry and the wet, not sure how they'd be in the mud though.

It's not its natural habitat but it seemed to cope no problem. Have to see about some nice off-roady tyres!

In the same boat as you Sprockette, running storms and they seem fine for gravel / dry dirt
